Control de inventarios sin macros

Hola que tal amigos, después de haber creado un sistema de inventarios automatizado con programación VBA, y claro con la ayuda de usuarios de este y otros foros.Me di a la tarea de crear otro sistema, pero a diferencia del primero lo quise crear sin macros.Espero les guste, más adelante subiré el archivo que contiene macros para que toda la comunidad pueda usarlo.Reciban un gran saludo amigos.

P.D: Dejo archivo anexo en skydrive, por motivos de exceso de Kb.
