ComboBox Dependientes en Registro de Incidencias

Buenas tardes Comunidad Ayuda Excel

Modificando un aporte que hizo el MAESTRO Macro Antonio de Incidencias; llegue a la tarea que debo crear dos comboboxes dependientes. Con la siguiente información si dice:

C&B:Juan , Pedro, Ana

C&D: Pablo, Ale

R&S: Marco, Julio, Rosa

Otra: (Que el usuario digite otro nombre)

Sin cansarlos más les adjunto el archivo y agradezco que me ayuden con el código si son tan amables por favor.
