Macro para Calculo de Tiempo

Buen dia a todos

Soy nuevo en el foro creo que saben mucho y que me pueden ayudar.

Tengo un problema les explico: tengo que sacar de una hoja de excel los tiempos de paro y restarlos a los tiempos totales de trabajo. eso lo tengo en la hoja2 en la hoja uno debo de poner el resultado validando el turno que se captura en el encabezado y tambien si no seencuentra el calculo en la hoja2 poner el total del tiempo 480 minuto.
