mostrar y modificar datos en userform con conmbobox

buenas, estoy intentando mostrar datos mediante combobox 3n un formularios , lo que intento hacer es que al seleccionar el codigo en el combobox me muestre los datos para luego modificarlos y remplazar en la base de datos }

se que el combobox estado civil no muestra datos pero se que metiendolos a la propiedad rowsource apareceran, ejejejeje

Ahi te condicione para que busque en la base de datos en mas tarde trato de que se pueda transcriber en caso que se tenga que modificar algo en la pestaña 2
